報(bào)告簡(jiǎn)介:

Organic and perovskite based thin film photovoltaics have been in rapid progress in the past few years. It is of high interest and necessity of studying device fabrication using printing methods, which will be implemented in thin film PV manufacturing. In this talk, Feng willdiscuss recent progress of using slot die printing to fabricate organic and perovskite thin film solar cells as well as electrode materials. Focuswill be laidonthe morphology characterization ofthe active layer and electrode materials. Synchrotron structure characterization methods, including hard x-ray diffraction and soft x-ray scattering will be intensively discussed. The dynamic characterization of structure formation using in situ x-ray scattering/diffraction methods will be discussed to reveal the morphology evolution mechanism. The discussionswill be talking about material crystallization, kinetics of phase separation and phase construction. It would be of interest to audience who work on conjugated polymers/molecules (both chemistry and physics), material blends and general functional soft materials.

Dr. Feng Liu is currently an associate professor in the department of physics and astronomy in Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). He obtained BS from East China University of Science and Technology (2005), MS from Fudan University (2008), and PhD from University of Massachusetts Amherst (2014). He was a post-doc fellow at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab (2014-2016). Dr. Liu Joined SJTU at 2016 shortly after he got the national 1000 talent program. His primary research interests are polymer physics, thin film electronic devices, and synchrotron based structure characterizations. He has coauthored more than 200 publications, with 12000 citations and H index of 50.
