Gerlof de Boer曾就職于海上石油/天然氣工程公司,已從事海上風(fēng)電超過(guò)10年,負(fù)責(zé)多個(gè)重大項(xiàng)目的系統(tǒng)仿真及評(píng)估工作,有著豐富的海上風(fēng)機(jī)土壤、基礎(chǔ)、環(huán)境評(píng)估經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Speaker’s Biography

Gerlof de Boer has worked for offshore oil/gas engineering company. He has been engaged in offshore wind power for more than 10 years, He is responsible for

system simulation and evaluation of several major projects and has rich experience in soil, foundation and environmental assessment of offshore wind turbines.
