報(bào)告題目:Stabilisation of Hybrid Stochastic Differential Equations by Delay Feedback Controls
內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介:Given an unstable hybrid stochastic differential equation (SDE), can we design a \emph{delay} feedback control to make the controlled hybrid SDE become asymptotically stable? This is possible if the drift and diffusion coefficients of the given SDE satisfy the linear growth condition. However, many hybrid SDE models in the real world do not fulfil this condition (namely, they are highly nonlinear). In order to stabilise these highly nonlinear hybrid SDEs, we will need to establish a new theory on the delay dependent stability criteria for highly nonlinear hybrid stochastic differential delay equations (SDDEs) as almost all existing delay dependent stability criteria require the drift and diffusion coefficients of the SDDEs satisfy the linear growth condition. Making use of our new delay dependent stability, we will demonstrate how to design the delay feedback controls in order to stabilise a class of highly nonlinear hybrid SDEs whose coefficients satisfy the polynomial growth condition.

毛學(xué)榮教授是英國(guó)斯克萊德大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與統(tǒng)計(jì)系教授、英國(guó)蘇格蘭皇家學(xué)院院士,也是“長(zhǎng)江講座教授” 獲得者.最近他還獲得英國(guó)沃弗森研究功勛獎(jiǎng)。他是國(guó)際知名的隨機(jī)穩(wěn)定性和隨機(jī)控制領(lǐng)域的專(zhuān)家,在本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域享有很高的聲譽(yù),為現(xiàn)代隨機(jī)穩(wěn)定性領(lǐng)域的奠基人.他擅長(zhǎng)隨機(jī)分析,在對(duì)隨機(jī)系統(tǒng)處理方面,提出了系列處理方法與技巧,頗具特色,被廣泛采用,在該領(lǐng)域做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。例如,對(duì)噪聲鎮(zhèn)定給出了科學(xué)的理論,被后續(xù)跟蹤者所廣泛推崇;在隨機(jī)系統(tǒng)數(shù)值計(jì)算方面做出了開(kāi)創(chuàng)性的工作;在隨機(jī)人口理論方面做出了突出的貢獻(xiàn);在隨機(jī)系統(tǒng)LaSalle原理方面做出了開(kāi)拓性的工作;并在隨機(jī)跳變系統(tǒng)理論方面進(jìn)行深入的研究。其出版的專(zhuān)著和論文被該領(lǐng)域研究人員廣發(fā)推崇、使用、引用,如專(zhuān)著:“Stochastic Differential Equations and Their Applications (the 2nd ed.), Elsevier, 2007“ 已被Google Scholar檢索4000多次。
