婁艷茹,博士生導(dǎo)師,芬蘭赫爾辛基大學(xué)藥學(xué)院生物藥劑學(xué)副教授。華西醫(yī)科大學(xué)藥學(xué)院藥學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位和芬蘭坦佩雷大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院醫(yī)學(xué)哲學(xué)博士。曾就職于芬蘭坦佩雷大學(xué)REGEA再生醫(yī)學(xué)研究所,新加坡A*STAR生物工程與納米技術(shù)研究所,美國(guó)新墨西哥大學(xué)化學(xué)與生物分子工程系及美國(guó)北卡羅來(lái)納大學(xué)教堂山分校醫(yī)學(xué)院訪(fǎng)問(wèn)學(xué)者。獲得中國(guó)國(guó)家留學(xué)基金管理委員會(huì)的國(guó)家優(yōu)秀自費(fèi)留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng),芬蘭科學(xué)院的博士后研究員獎(jiǎng)及芬蘭科學(xué)院的研究員獎(jiǎng)。
主要從事干細(xì)胞和組織工程相關(guān)研究。在Biotechnology Advances,Biomaterials,Journal of Controlled Release,F(xiàn)ASEB Journal,International Journal of Cancer等國(guó)際著名期刊發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文44篇,總引用2200余次,H-Index為24(Google Scholar)。授權(quán)國(guó)際發(fā)明專(zhuān)利6項(xiàng)且轉(zhuǎn)讓專(zhuān)利使用權(quán)給國(guó)際公司并開(kāi)發(fā)出一個(gè)產(chǎn)品。另外還申報(bào)3項(xiàng)國(guó)際發(fā)明專(zhuān)利。
報(bào)告摘要:
本次報(bào)告將介紹人多能干細(xì)胞在組織工程和再生醫(yī)學(xué)中的應(yīng)用,主要集中在三維細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)體系(包括基于生物材料的三維培養(yǎng)和懸浮培養(yǎng)體系)在干細(xì)胞分化成類(lèi)器官(organoids)中的作用。
